Suitable for treatment of dust rich gas because of high efficiency
for dust collecting.
"Perforated plates" are attached horizontally.
"Down comers"are attached on each plate vertically.
Fluid is supplied
from the top stage. Gas comes from the bottom stage.
Gas collides
with fluid on each tray, then gas is absorbed effectively. Fluid absorbed
gas is circulated again.
This scrubber usually has 3 stages. With
gas conditions, we are increase or decrease the number of the tray. |

Since more than 25 years ago, we have installed a lot of plants and
acquired high satisfaction from clients.
This system absorbs SOx of
discharged gas from: boilers, diesel engines, cupolas, and kilns and
so on.
Its wastewater is oxidized to harmless MgSO4. The wastewater
is discharged, after solid content is removed.
In the past, NaOH was
usually used for absorption. But at present, Mg(OH)2, which is more
economical, is commonly used. |

High temperature gas
is cooled down at quencher. Gas collides with fluid on each perforated
plate. After harmful gas is absorbed, gas will be discharged. Absorbing
fluid is discharged from scrubber consecutively. After its COD content
is decreased at oxidation tank and SS content is removed at SS-filter,
cleaned water will be discharged.

This system consists
of De-NOx tower, which attaches honeycomb type catalysts, NH3 injection
pump and mixing chamber.
After injecting NH3 into the gas which includes
NOx and is high degree of 200-400℃, gas goes through catalysts layer
and NOx is decomposed into Nitrogen and water.
We use either NH3 gas,
liquid NH3, Ammonia aqueous or urea for injection and adopt pumps
which are suitable for injection.

This system, which uses alkaline fluid, absorbs SO2 and HCl gas discharged
from industrial waste incinerators.
NaOH and Mg(OH)2 are frequently
used for this system.
Not only industrial waste incineration gas,
but also various kinds of harmful gas, this system is adopted. |

This system consists
of quencher and absorber. After removing dust, flue gas comes to quencher.
In the quencher, flue gas is cooled down to its saturation. In the
absorption, gas collides with fluid and harmful gas is absorbed efficiently.
In case gas-load changes irregularly, this system is able to keep
its high efficiency.

This system consists
of quencher, absorber and humidity reduction room. Gas, from incinerator,
is cooled down and pre-absorbed in quencher. Then, in absorber, gas
is almost fully absorbed.
Gas is discharged, after reducing its humidity
and temperature in the upper part of tower.
Absorption and humidity
reduction are done in the same tower, therefore you can save your
place to install.

This system consists
of cooling room, spray tower, tray scrubber and humidity reduction
room.
Sludge incineration gas is collected its heat and it comes to
cyclone to remove coarse-grained particles.
In the cooling room, gas
is cooled down and removed its dust.
In the spray tower and tray scrubber,
remaining dust and harmful gas is removed. Cooling water, which is
supplied on the perforated plate, reduces gas humidity and also used
for spray tower water. NaOH is mainly used for absorption.

| High temperature gas cooling tower |

We have installed this system a lot,
and with its reliability, we have acquired high satisfaction from
clients.
High temperature gas, from garbage incinerators and so on,
is sprayed with water and cooled down.
This cooling tower is fully
evaporated system. If you adopt a system in which gas is reacted with
calcium hydroxide in bag filter, before gas comes to the bag filter,
gas must be cooled down by its temperature capacity.
This system controls
gas temperature with minimum water and is able to evaporate perfectly. |

(Process)
Discharged gas comes
from the bottom of the cooling tower.
With spray nozzles attached
in the middle, gas is cooled down by 200℃.
The amount of water is
automatically controlled by the TIC attached at the top. Water is
fully evaporated and discharged with fixed temperature.
The dust accumulated
at the bottom is automatically discharged from double-dumper while
this system is operating.
